The 2nd Aero Technics Challenge Cup was held on the 26th June 2004 at Edwards Sports & Social Club, Ifield Green, Crawley.

Twenty four teams took part with four leagues of six teams contesting for the top two positions in each group.

Sixty competitive games of end to end football took place before the final two teams from each group qualified for the quarter finals. The only team to score maximum points in the group stages were AFC Mitcham with an outstanding goal difference of +23 the best so far. AFC Mitcham were only narrowly beaten by St Pauls F.C 2-1 on penalties in the quarter final stage.

FC Sporta progressed to the semi finals by only conceding 1 goal all day, finally being beaten on penalties 3-2 by Chapman's Sevens.

St Pauls F.C qualified in second place in their group stages by having a better goal difference of +2 over the third place team. They then went on to beat AFC Mitcham 2-1 on penalties after a very closely fought match that ended 1-1.

In the semi final St Pauls F.C came up against a team who only conceded one goal in their five group matches Bewbush Manor, eventually winning 2-1. The two teams competing in the final were St Pauls F.C and Chapman's Sevens.

Only one goal was scored in the final and that was by the Twin Oaks Challenge Cup Champions 2004 St Pauls F.C who have now added the Aero Technics Challenge Cup Trophy 2004 to their collection this year. Well done St Pauls F.C.
