After the Christmas and the New Year Break it was a return to football in a league match away to East Grinstead.

In awful wet and windy weather conditions an exciting game of football was played out with Twin Oaks twice coming from behind to eventually draw the match 2-2. It was East Grinstead who grabbed the lead midway through the first half, only for Twin Oaks to equalise just before half-time.

Again in the second half the home side went ahead but "the never say die" attitude of Twin Oaks soon saw them draw level for a second time and it was the away side that finished the match the stronger and should have taken all 3 points from this game.

The draw was enough for Twin Oaks to still maintain their top league spot, however several teams with games in hand were only 1 point behind us in the table.
