With no league action during last month and all the other teams in our league playing catch-up, going into this game we were now third in the table behind Storrington and Ockley Acorns, who were top of the table.
In our early season league encounter with Ockley Acorns we had beaten them 4-1. But as with some other teams in our division they seem to have improved during the second half of the season.
Another game where Twin Oaks got off to a bad start and by half-time had found themselves two goals down.
The start of the second half did not go too well either and before we knew it the lead had been doubled and Twin Oaks were now losing 4-0. Never giving up Twin Oaks were able to claw two goals back to make the score 4-2. However as in some of the other games this season chasing the game meant that we were always open to a counter attack. Again this proved the case in this game and Ockley scored again to make it 5-2. Minutes later Twin Oaks scored again to make the final result 5-3 to the away side.
This defeat meant that we were still in third place now 8-points behind the league leaders.
